Your profile is doing one job: helping the right person recognise themselves in it. Most profiles fail at that while sounding perfectly impressive. A mentee scanning a list is not evaluating your career. They are asking one question: "will this person understand my situation?" Everything in your profile either helps them answer that or gets in the way.
